Located near Neola along IA-191, this large through girder bridge is the 6th crossing of Mosquito Creek.
Built in 1931, this span replaced an older 105-foot truss bridge with a large through girder span. In 1940, a deck girder was added to the south end of the bridge. The bridge rests on concrete and steel pile substructures.
Overall, the bridge appears to be in good condition, with little noted deterioration.

The author has ranked this bridge as being locally significant, due to the common design.
